Database Cleaning
Some projects are simply a confirmation (and change) of basic contact information such as name and address while others can be much more detailed. You may need to establish email addresses, type and size of business, other contacts, type of products or services they buy, and even when their current contract ends, enabling you to contact at just the right time.
Most projects involve us physically calling each record, but there are times when an electronic data clean will achieve the desired results. Normally this will be simply to de-dupe, deceased, not on file (NOF). Electronic cleaning can be completed within 72 hours in many cases. We have worked on data cleaning projects for companies, as well as within the public sector such as the DTi and local councils.
